The entire process was a pleasure. From our initial conversations through the end of the project, we were provided full confidence and assurance from Adam and his team that all of our needs would be met. To say our needs were met would be a significant understatement. Adam and King Systems exceeded our expectations of what an AV integrator should be. We were provided with additional functionality we had not anticipated, expert design and consultation, and all timelines were met with excellent communication and quality.

We’ve recently gone thru a technology upgrade at both our Crested Butte and Houston homes and the experience has been great.

…Both homes now operate in a similar fashion and it’s actually easy to use our technology. We can enjoy listening to music throughout the home. Watching movies is fun again. I have the peace of mind that both systems are being monitored for faults and the King Systems team is able to proactively respond to many issues before I find them “on accident’”.

Adam was very professional in his approach to our project. He always kept appointments, presented concise and complete written proposals and materials, patiently discussed options, and offered well thought out alternatives for us to consider. It was apparent from the first visit that Adam was interested in providing an excellent product. He and his associates spent many hours evaluating our current system, and we knew that his proposals and costs were based on facts rather than generalized estimates.

They spent a reasonable amount of time training us on the use of the systems and then followed up to see how it was going. Sometimes we have had questions on one thing or another and they have responded quickly by text and email, as well as adjusting items over the Internet. We are continuing to learn about all the features of the systems.

From my very first contact with the company I was blown away by the range of products and services they offered, as well as the pleasant enthusiasm of their staff. This level of customer service carried through well beyond the delivery of the finished systems. The follow up education provided by King Systems, not just to me, but also to my wife and children, ensured that everyone in the household had been trained to properly operate the various systems.
